                  Our Mission

                  Mission / Ministry Strategist

                  • Cooperate with the PBA Council in supervising, planning, and directing the work of the Association Missions program.

                  • Serve as a consultant to churches who desire help in developing mission / ministry strategies.

                  • Interpret to the churches the needs of persons in areas of the Association for evangelism, ministry, and missions attention.

                  Church Planting Catalyst

                  • Work directly with individual churches to assist and reinforce their efforts in church planting.

                  • Consult and advise the Church Planting Team as needed.

                  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for the successful planting of new churches within the geographic region.

                  General Leadership

                  • Work to strengthen relationships among churches, encouraging congregations to become a family of churches.

                  • Provide office management, supervising all staff and volunteers of the Association.

                  • Conduct PBA Council meetings

                  • Financial Management (with Finance Committee).

                  • Properties Management (with Properties Committee).

                  • As needed, help councils, committees and churches in planning training programs.

                  • Be ex-officio member of all groups.

                  • Serve as the general contact person for the association.

                  Denominational Liaison

                  • Support and promote the programs / ministries of the association, the State Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention.
